Marv Addink

Mr. Marv Addink is one of the technology industry's foremost experts. A highly sought after consultant, he earned high esteem as the architect of IBM's first workflow and document management product. He also authored three patents and won IBM's prestigious Outstanding Innovation Award before forming SolCom in 1995. Mr. Addink is alumni of Dordt College and the University of Iowa.

Cheney Hu
Chief Technology Officer

Since co-founding SolCom, Cheney Hu has served as CTO. He leads the design, development, documentation, quality assurance and product management of the products that build SolCom solutions. Hu and his team have successfully launched one major new release per year over the past five years. Hu first gained experience in content and business process management as IBM's lead developer of the first five workflow and document management products. He holds a masters degree in Electrical Engineering from John Hopkins University.

Rose Devadas
Vice President, Healthcare Consulting Practice Group

Rose Devadas, one of three SolCom founders, heads up the professional services division of the company. She facilitates a national team of technical and industry skilled professionals, along with implementation partners, to provide SolCom customers with timely, effective implementation and long-term success. Prior to this position she was the East Coast Sales Manager of Midcontinent Business Systems. Devadas holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from John Hopkins University and also played a part in the IBM content management story.

Carlton Hupke
Chief Operating Officer, Director of Sales

Carlton Hupke has more than 29 years of experience in the information industry involving management duties ranging from sales through Operational Management. Prior to joining SolCom, Mr. Hupke held different sales and corporate staff positions within IBM for 21 years. Mr. Hupke was part of the team that delivered the first image solution delivered by IBM on the mid-range system platform. As SolCom’s COO & Director of Sales, Carlton oversees the daily operations within SolCom, and is responsible for the management of the SolCom sales team. Mr. Hupke holds a Bachelor of Science from Northern State University.
